We will collect items such as sofas, unwanted wardrobes and white goods (cookers, fridges, washing machines, fridge freezers) but there are some exceptions to what we will collect and there is a charge for this service depending upon the amount of bulky waste you want collecting.

You can arrange a collection online by using our Self Service portal. Payment for this service must be made when the collection is booked. You can also arrange a bulky collection and can pay at any Contact Centre or by debit card over the phone.

General Bulkies

• 1 - 3 items = £10 4 - 6 items = £15
• 7 - 9 items = £20
• 10+ items - a quote will be made with a minimum charge of £30

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

• 1 item = £10
• 2 items = £15
• 3 items = £20
• 4 items = £25
• 5 items = £30

Exceptional Collections

Items that are exceptionally large or heavy (pianos, organs, range cookers or american style fridge freezers) will be subject to an assessment and may incur additional collection charges to those quoted above.

Items for collection should be left in an accessible place at the front of the property within the boundary, as near to the kerbside as possible. We will not enter premises to collect items, however, a quotation may be provided upon request to remove bulky items from inside premises, or from the rear where there is no vehicular access and where it is convenient to collect from the front.
