A £100 Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) has been paid for a littering offence in Bolsover.

During a routine patrol of the District, one of our Enforcement Officers witnessed a person throw their chewing gum on the floor at Morrisons car park in Bolsover. 

Littering FPNs are currently set at £150 paid within 14-days, or at a lower rate of £100 if paid within 10-days.
