A £100 fixed penalty notice (FPN) has been paid for a littering offence at Tallys End in Barlborough.

One of our Enforcement Officers' witnessed a driver throw cigarette litter from their vehicle earlier this month whilst on a routine patrol.

The vehicle was traced to a resident in Doncaster, who has paid the fixed penalty to avoid being taken to court.

Littering FPNs are currently set at £150 paid within 14-days, or at a lower rate of £100 if paid within 10-days.
