Work on the demolition of the bungalows on Woburn Close in Blackwell is progressing well.

The work will make way for a brand new £9m development which will include a new Independent Living Scheme with 20 self-contained flats, a mix of 23 houses and bungalows and a further two properties which are planned for a nearby disused parking area at Pendean Close.

The development is part of our £36m Bolsover Homes scheme that will see new council properties built in areas of high demand and need across Bolsover District.
