There are to be two public community consultation events held in relation to the current planning application for Clowne Garden Village (application ref. 17/00640/OUT) which is currently out for public re-consultation.
These events will provide further information on the updated planning application details and will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the application and for your views to be heard.
Representatives from the Local Planning Authority will be in attendance (Sarah Kay – Interim Head of Development Management, and Chris McKinney – Interim Head of Planning Policy) and also a representative of the developer (Waystone).
Due to the capacity of the buildings, places are limited and need to be booked. The event details are as follows:
