Bolsover residents are being given the chance to punch their way to fitness as OZ-BOX is coming to the town.
The free sessions are being staged at Bolsover Assembly Hall from Monday 30 May.
Oz-Box is a concept that originally came into the community to help people who were involved in crime and anti-social behaviour, but it has now been opened up to the whole community from child to parent, to come and train as a family.
The classes are for all ages and are led by level 4 certified instructors and will take place from 5:30-7pm, on Monday 30 May and then every Monday for three-weeks from 13 June.
Oz-box is coming to Bolsover. Come along and join us in this famous physical activity.
