The third annual Palterton Flower Pot Festival is now taking place in the village.
The festival runs for three-weeks until 12 June and will also coincide with the village’s Garden Party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on Sunday 5 June.
Local residents, school children and groups have been busy making their own fantastic flowerpot sculptures that are displayed around the village.
Organised by the council, along with Palterton Residents Association, it is hoped that the zany celebration will encourage visitors to the area and local people to explore their neighbourhood to see the spectacular displays.
The Palterton Flowerpot Festival trail handbook will help you find the amazing sculptures and creations and we hope you enjoy what is fast becoming a very popular event on the calendar.
