Work on the much anticipated multi-million pound Creswell Wellbeing and Heritage Centre is now well underway.
As these works continue, it has become necessary for reasons of health and safety to temporarily close the new skate park.
The use of large plant machinery in the area along with the excavation of ground leading into the skate park has meant that it is unfortunately not safe to allow the park to be used at this time.
Bolsover District Council’s Community Safety and Enforcement Team appreciate that there is much excitement from many, particularly children and young people to get to use this fantastic new facility. We ask for patience whilst works are completed to provide these new facilities for the community. We particularly appeal to parents to ensure their children are not putting their safety at risk by entering the site at this time.
