A dog owner in Tibshelf has paid a £100 fixed penalty notice for breaching the district wide dog control Public Spaces Protection Order.
One of our enforcement officers issued the fixed penalty after the dog owner was captured on CCTV failing to clear up after their dog on Back Lane, Tibshelf.
