A Warsop resident has paid a £200 fixed penalty notice for dumping their waste.
Our enforcement team found and investigated the waste which was dumped at Hawking Lane, Stainsby. The investigation found evidence that pointed to an address and the person was issued with a £200 fixed penalty notice for failing in their duty of care to ensure the waste was disposed of by an authorised waste carrier.
