Services for older and vulnerable people
We offer a wide range of services for older and vulnerable people to enable them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We work in partnership with Derbyshire County Council and other support agencies.

- Outdoor handrails
- Stair lifts
- Over bath showers
- Stair rails
- Wet rooms
- Wheel chair ramps
- Lever handled taps
- Solid fuel heating to gas
Careline
- Gold - this service offers a weekly or monthly visit (depending on medical need) by one of our Mobile Wardens. If the alarm is activated and we cannot make contact with you a mobile warden will visit your home and take the necessary action. The cost for this service is £4.00 per week + £1.50 lease of the unit.
- Bronze - this is a monitor only service where you will have to provide as many contact details as possible of people you would like us to contact in the event of you activating the alarm. We can also call the emergency services for you if needed. The cost for this service is £2.00 per week + £1.50 lease of the unit.
Telecare
- have dementia, or memory loss which means they wander or are unable to deal with risk in their homes such as fire, flood and gas
- are becoming increasingly frail and are at risk of falling
- are struggling to cope at home and may be regularly admitted to hospital.
Telecare can help if you are worried about:
- your safety at home
- the consequences of falling
- becoming forgetful
Telecare can be of great peace of mind and family members especially if they do not live with you. Telecare means that instead of frequent and regular visits or calls to make sure all is well, you can rest assured that they will be notified if there is a problem. For further information on our

Housing Options Service
The advice service aims to enable people to consider their options and help them remain living independently either in their exisiting home or by moving to somewhere more suitable.
The service is:
- free and confidential
- independant
- able to offer one to one support
- open to referrals from anyone, yourself, family, friends, carers and support staff
- available whether you are renting or living in your own home
- able to offer long term support
- adaptable and flexiblee to need
