The Proposals Map will geographically illustrate planning policy outlined in the development plan documents. It will show area based policies such as Green Belt land or Conservation Areas, as well as the more site specific allocations such as housing and employment sites.

It will also show any saved policies from the adopted Bolsover District Local Plan (2000) and any minerals and waste allocations relevant in this district. The map will be kept up to date as new development plan documents are adopted.
