We are committed to continuous improvement in our services and have a well established performance management system, which ensures we set clear objectives with challenging targets and that we monitor our achievements against these regularly.

We self assess these achievements and have regular external inspections of our services, activities and plans so that we provide efficient and cost effective services to you. We believe that performance information is important as it enables us and you to see how well we are delivering our services and where we need to make improvements.
