The Derby and Derbyshire Minerals Local Plan (April 2000)

The Derby and Derbyshire Minerals Local Plan (April 2000) covers the period up to 2006. (However, from 27^th September 2007 the Secretary of State has directed that 5 policies shown as an addendum sheet will no longer have any effect.).

The plan will guide the decisions on any planning applications for developments associated with mineral extraction. The Minerals Plan is supplemented by Supplementary Planning Guidance on the After-uses of Sand and Gravel Sites.
