New Bolsover Model Village Planning Guidelines

The New Bolsover Model Village Planning Guidelines were adopted in 2002 as Supplementary Planning Guidance and as a material consideration to guide those proposing to carry out works to the Grade II listed New Bolsover Model Village houses by identifying the features which are important to the special architectural or historic interest of the properties.

The Guidelines were updated in October 2008.

As this document supplements the policies of the Bolsover District Local Plan, it will remain a material consideration until it is withdrawn and superseded by new guidance or when the Local Plan saved period expires.
