Check out our Super Tots video.

Our Super Tots (1.15MB) early years programme is for children from 18+ months to six years old.

Are you aware of the Chief Medical Officers physical activity guidelines for children?  For children under five (who are walking) the recommended minimum levels of activity are 180 minutes or three hours every day.  As a parent/guardian are you supporting your child to be active for at least three hours every day?

Check out the Sport Wales Physical Literacy video clip which highlights the importance of participating in physical activity at an early age.

We currently deliver the following sessions.

Balanceability

Did you know that 43% of children cannot ride a bike by the age of 6?  (MORI 2011).

Balanceability is the UK's first and only progressive accredited 'learn to cycle' programme for children between three and six years.  Each session is constructed around games, challenges and new experiences using ergonomic balance bikes providing fun and physical activity for under 6's.

We deliver both the Level 1 and Level 2 courses which are both six weeks in duration.  The cost to attend 6 week course is £35 per child.

Please note our next Level 1 courses will start in April 2017.  Should you be interested in a place on our next course please call 01246 242364.
