By using social media we have an online presence reaching more people in the district and enabling you to contact us much easier.
We have one main Twitter account where you can follow us to find out what we are doing and what is happening around the District. Twitter is free to use, and you can sign up to the service very easily by creating an account on the Twitter website. Once signed up, you can 'follow' our Twitter feed and receive news and web updates.
Facebook - Facebook is a free to use and easy to sign up to. We have one main Facebook account, where you can 'like' our page and learn more about what we are doing.
We have one main Instagram account where we share photos of events, areas to visit in the district and our latest promotions. You can follow us @bolsoverdc Please note that we monitor our main Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts periodically Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (except Bank holidays and public holidays). If you contact us via either of these channels during these times we will try to reply as soon as possible.
We will always try to help, but when information relating to problems such as missed rubbish collections, dog fouling or complaints is received then we will inform you of the appropriate form to complete on our website - this will ensure your comment or complaint is sent immediately to the correct department.
