Hazardous Chemicals and Dangerous Goods are transported throughout the UK, by road and rail, everyday.
 
The Health and Safety Executive is responsible for enforcing regulations to ensure that these substances are safely transported but the emergency services are responsible for attending any incidents involving these substances.
