Zumba

The latest dance craze has come to Creswell.  Sessions take place on a Wednesday from 7.30-8.15pm and 8.15-9pm at the Creswell Church Rooms (next door to Creswell Leisure Centre). 

To make sure you don't miss out please call Creswell Leisure Centre on 01909 721371 as places are limited.  Alternatively contact Kissingate Leisure Centre for availability in Shirebrook or Frederick Gent in South Normanton. 

ASA Swimfit

With gym style session cards, personal challenges, and expert help and guidance, British Gas Swimfit is the free pool-based health and fitness programme from swimming experts the ASA.  Sessions take place on a Tuesday 8.00pm until 9.45pm with a qualified ASA teacher.  Telephone 01909 721371 for more details.

Aqua-Fit

This aquatic instructor led session is so popular we have doubled the number of classes.  Exercise to music in the water using aquatic dumbells, woggles and floats.  Fun and Fitness in this unique class.  Classes Tuesday 10-11am, 11am-12, Thursday 9-10am, Friday 7-8pm and Sunday 3.30-4.30pm.

Spinning

Spinning is an exercise class tailored to suit all abilities.  It is incredible for burning calories.  A highly motivated instructor will put you through your paces setting the pedalling tempo and resistance to music on our Star-Trac spinning bikes.

Jog Creswell

Jog Creswell launched in April 2011.  Sessions take place on a Monday and Wednesday, 7pm at Creswell Leisure Centre.  Sessions are led by qualified jog leader Rob Stafford.  Your first 6 sessions are free, cost then is £2 which includes a swim in the pool afterwards.  Don't worry if you have never jogged before, all abilities welcome.  Just turn up on the evening, why not bring a friend or family member too?
