Membership

The Improvement Scrutiny Committee has 10 councillors on it appointed at the Annual Council meeting in May. The Chair of the Committee is Councillor Hilary Gilmour.  The other councillors on the committee are Jim Smith (Vice Chairman), Pauline Bowmer, Ray Brooks, Jim Clifton, Terry Cook, Malc Crane, Ray Heffer, Tom Rodda and Rita Turner.
