The Cavendish’s are a typical hard working family who live in Pinxton. David (36), the father, owns his own business called Interiors and likes to watch sport and go for a pint with his mates. He is married to Sarah Cavendish, a 37 year old devoted mother and an officer at Bolsover District Council who likes to keep fit and healthy.

We will also be introducing some of their family and friends along the way and using them in other publications, publicity and on our website, so we can keep you informed and up to date and informed of their progress.

Now lets introduce you to the Cavendish Family:

David having a pintAfter being made redundant David (36)
took the decision to set up his own business called ‘Interiors’ in South Normanton which sells all types of household goods.

The job is stressful with long hours, leaving him little time to spend with his family. The time he does get, he is busy helping Olivia
with her homework or taking Jack to his soccer schools. David likes to watch sport and go for a pint with his mates at his local after a long week at work.

Sarah carrying her sports bagSarah is 37 and works for Bolsover
District Council. Sarah is a devoted
mother and always tries to keep fit
and encourages her family to eat
healthily.

She has a keen interest in
her local community and supports
activities and projects that help the
local environment. She is also a member of the local neighbourhoodwatch scheme.

Olivia listening to musicOlivia is a 13 year old who goes to the local secondary school.

She is a bright student, but over the past few months she has started to ‘hang around’ with the wrong crowd and is getting into trouble.

Olivia is very creative and has a real flair for drawing and is currently learning to play the trumpet.

Jack playing with his ball7 year old Jack is a typical young lad, into everything and very boisterous. He goes to the local junior school and enjoys riding his bike.

He likes to play sport and attends our Spireites Soccer Schools. He also likes
to go walks with his dad and their pet dog, Brecon.
