Annual Monitoring Report

The Annual Monitoring Report reviews the progress of adopted polices against agreed indicators and targets. It also provides a review of the milestones for local development document preparation set out in the Local Development Scheme. It assesses the effectiveness of documents and considers the impact policies are having in respect to national, regional and local policy targets.

Latest Annual Monitoring Report - Feb. 2012 (Delayed Dec. 2011)

The annual monitoring reports so far have been produced before a full Local Development Framework is in place, they therefore concentrate on monitoring the saved polices from the adopted Bolsover District Local Plan (February 2000).
