In Bolsover district we have a 'try before you buy' scheme which is a new concept from Derwent Living, allowing potential homeowners the opportunity to buy a property after renting for up to 3 years. In addition, potential buyers who begin renting will benefit from receiving an equity share that contributes towards their deposit.

If the customer is ready after the first year, they can purchase their home through Derwent Living’s Easy Living part-buy, part rent scheme. To make things even easier, Derwent Living will match fund your deposit up to 5% of the value of the share you purchase in your home.
